Forefront Design is an independently owned and operated fabrication shop here on the scenic and historic, Central Coast of California. We specialize in customized granite, natural stone, and manufactured stone fabrication and installation. We are known for using the industries most advanced cutting and edging machinery. Many fabricators are forced to send their jobs to larger cities, for access to the most up to date technologies and machines. Our newest addition to the Fabrication department is a Breton SmartCut 550. The Breton Smartcut 550 is an interpolated axis NC cutting and profiling machining center, in plain english it's a state-of-the-art cutting machine. It is equipped with a twist head and tilt work table and is designed to offer multiple machining operations which previously would have involved several different machines ( * Plain speak = Super helpful because it can do multiple processes to the stone without having to waste time moving the piece or pieces of stone to another machine). This is just one way we keep our customer in mind while simultaneously providing the most up to date technology this industry has to offer.
