*In order to make it easier to search our stone photos I have moved our photos to an outside site. The link below will get you to the granite, marble, and completed kitchen photos. They are separated by type of stone, and the granite is further broken down into different color albums. If you have been to the yard and are looking for a particular stone you can use the search function on the lower right hand side of the page to search by color, name, movement, or number that the stone had on it in the yard. You can only search by one criteria. If you try to search for both red and movement you will not get results. At any time if you want to see a larger version of a picture you just need to click on the picture. There are also options at the top right hand corner of the albums on how you want to view the photos in an album. I recommend clicking on the middle setting, which will display a medium size photo with a description. If you have any questions please contact us by phone or e-mail.*

*A note about stone:

Something to keep in mind when looking for natural stone is that it is a product of nature. We buy our slabs by the bundle so that they will be as close as possible. A bundle is all cut from the same block of stone, and is often in sequence, like slices in a loaf of bread, insuring minimal differences in the slabs. However, each slab is unique, and imperfections such as pitting, shading, and fissures are normal and acceptable in a finished product. All slabs are hand inspected both coming in and leaving the yard, and we always try to group together the closest slabs for any job. The slabs are fragile and we only move slabs when a fabricator comes to pick them up. If you wish to pick your slabs, you will need to be at the yard with your fabricator when they acquire them. Otherwise, we make sure when they pick the slabs up that they match and are in good condition and if there is a noticeable difference between the slabs or a problem with a slab, we will pass to the next slab in the bundle or if that is not possible we will call the customer to have them approve before the slabs leave the yard. If you have any questions about the imperfections in a particular stone you are looking at be sure to mention them so we can let you know what to expect.
